The Address Manager enables you to store your business and personal names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, websites, memos and anniversaries for a contact and to group these records in any category you desire, contacts can also be added to several groups. It has seventeen search and ten sort options.The Address Manager will enable you to create a merge document with all or selected contacts which can either be printed or email.Anniversary dates for each contact will start reminding you at a preset day prior to that event. You will also be able to search for anniversary dates by month or day. There is also a calendar and to do list where you can enter all your daily activities and be reminded at the preset time. Records can be marked for printing or deleting. The Address Manager allows you to print your records with or without company logo and return address with barcode for all US cities to any size envelope or popular Avery label size. It also has the ability to print detailed customized reports, store a memo on each record, automatically detect your modem and dial any voice phone number in your record. It has eight speed dial buttons and a dial pad for manually dialing numbers. It will automatically connect to your default email program for sending mail or your default browser for your URL addresses.You can check the weather report for all of the USA by cities or zip and most of the major international cities including the Caribbean islands. The program can also be password protected.The keypad is an easy and fast way to access your records simply by pressing a letter on the keypad. This will move to the first record starting with that letter and every subsequent press of the key will move to the next record starting with the same letter until no match is found. You can also move to next, previous, first or last record by the press of a button. Record numbering keeps track of record position and total records in the database.
